On this Episode 4 of Foodie SPIKY adventures , i explore burgers ~ one that is really hard to find a good quality burger that's unique ~ burgers are my fav and i love those that WOW me !

hmmm their SIGNATURE deep fried pork chop in between two Crispy POLO BUNS? Didn't think it will work but it got me really wrong~  

It was said that their recipe/ homemade marinated sauce has been passed down 2 generations ~ and i really love their Crispy Sweet Polo Buns , buttery and slightly salty , like a BURST of rainbow flavors just like most people said ~ 

Their tender good quality deep fried pork chop from brazil , soft and marinated really goes well with the Crusty Polo Buns ~ I reckon adding some chilli sauce , or even better some BBQ sauce ! 

This will give you a taste of MACAU , a famous street food there, near Taipa Village - now has multiple restaurants around the world - called Tai lei loi kei

Really Unique and if you love to try something different that will give u a Food Porn Foodie Thumbs up! Definitely will go back~ and if you do give a visit ~ Try their Signature Pork Polo BUNS and their MACAU Tea!

Now another stop we went to try the BERG burgers ~ Established on 2009 they serve huge gourmet burgers , mixed with flavors inspired by Asia and Australia ~ 

This is the Main Set Of the BERG"S beef Burger , i really love their THICK CUT Crispy fries !

The beef is really flavorful ~ infused with natural herbs Improvements can be made though!

  

Had to try one of the beers there , the PERONI beer , an Italian Beer that's more on the bitter side ~ But do also try their Draft beer , if you love a balance of sweetness and bitterness ~ love a balance imo  ..

At the left side of this photo~ the one that i really CRAVE FOOR MOOREE was the SPECIAL BERG Sauce , Sweet, Sour, and slightly Spicy , it tasted like an Infusion of Asian Mexican Flavors and herbs Infused together, adding the sauce to the burger really SPIKED the burger/Fries to DA next Level ~  used up every bit of the sauce and was cravin for more .
