Love their Signature Fried Pork Dumplings ~ CRISPY on the top, and SOFT on the bottom , BURSTING with STRONG Pork Broth, pork and shallots inside !
THE SIGNATURE Xiao Long Bao aka Steamed Pork Dumplings ~ Sealed with pork gravy goodness ~!

Ear mushrooms with shredded banana flower , wheat gluten and really soft noodles
The GREEN BEAN RICE cake dessert , really jelly like texture and love the control of the sweetness
Fried Sesame Glutinous Ball with Red Bean Paste inside ~ CRISPS on the outside and sweet in the inside
Love the Ding Te Le Specialty TRIO Steamed buns , and especially the one with the finely Chopped Veggies & Mushrooms ! One thing i love about this is that the taste of the veggies wont overpower normal veggie buns , and the additional mushrooms is a Bonus!
Really Crispy on the outside ~ The pan fried glutinous shrimp rice , love the Uniqueness of it ~ Really Chewy but needs more Shrimps !
Never seen or ate this before ! Really UNIQUE ! Mushroom with Glutinous Rice wrap in a dumpling? ----------------- I'm Impressed !!!!
Lastly the Shu Mai , Or so called the Pork and Prawn Steamed Dumplings with yellow exterior, best dipped in vinegar !
