Well, Summer is here and we are HOT!! What I really enjoy on a hot day is a refreshing Lemon Sherbet to cool things down a notch. Here is a recipe you can feel really good about and it’s so easy a child can make it!! It is sheer bliss and takes just 4 ingredients!!!

Ingredients

1/2 cup freshly squeezed organic lemon juice
1/2 cup half & half or full cream milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup organic white sugar
Zest of 1 organic lemon

Let’s Do This!!!

Gather all ingredients and let’s get started.

Juice lemons and remove the zest of one and place in a bowl

Save rinds for later

Add half & half to bowl

Add heavy whipping cream to bowl

Add organic Sugar to bowl

Mix and transfer to setting dish

Place in freezer for 4-6 hours

Remove from freezer hourly and stir

Scoop and serve!!
