Making easy cookies with son
Yesterday my son asked me to help him to make sweet cookies. I took easy recipe and we started. Not all ingredients are on the photo, Stas used them too fast, but all of them you can find in my description. Have fun:)
Number of ingredients is approximate.
So, we took:
200 g flour
Baking powder 3 g
Butter 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Egg 1 pc
Cinnamon
- Crumble butter and mix it with flour.
- Add sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix everything. It will look like on my photo.
- Add an egg and knead the dough.
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut out cookies using a form or simply use the knife.
Bake on baking paper 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
P.S. Also you can add any spices you like. Or add some glaze.
