Another food waste pickup, another Food Waste Deluxe, or as i would call it today: The Lax.
Lax is Swedish for Salmon, so The Lax, get it :)

Today we rescued about 30-40 pieces of fresh salmon, so about 45-60 kg of freash fish with last consumption date 24.12.2018.
