Lapis Legit, Indonesia

Here it is a long-awaited, Indonesian cake that includes the world's best cake, Lapis Legit. This cake is not authentic original indigenous culture of Indonesia. But the cake is the result of cultural absorption from the Dutch colonial imprint in Indonesia like a spikoe cake. Some even consider that between spikoe and lapis legit are the same bkue. Even so, Lapis Legit is indeed one of Indonesia's cakes that can not be denied deliciousness.
Cake mixture of egg yolks, butter sugar and flour is made piles with different layers of color. Generally Lapis Legit has two colors, golden brown and dark brown. Its soft texture and sweet taste is the reason why this cake is excellent in the country.
