Nothing .. I mean nothing can help fix my bad mood like baking … I love baking in general and bread happen to be one of my favorite things to bake .. this tradition bread are known throughout the world in different names like India and Pakistan they called naan ,in Saudi Arabia they called tamees ,in Iraq and Kuwait they known also as tanoor bread or Iranian flat bread , while in Iran they known as taftoon in Yemen also they known as malooh , and in Jordan and Palestine they called taboonit’s so easy and so tasty … to mimic the high heat in the clay oven in my kitchen ( as recipe suggested ) i am using stones but you can use pizza stone if availableanyway here is the recipe and it makes 3 -4 large flat breadrecipe can be found in this amazing magazine called darna
