I am sorry it is so hard for you to get real milk!

Here in Okalhoma, we only have to find a dairy that sells direct, to buy it. They can NOT deliver it, and it is not allowed in stores (we need to fix this!); but we can purchase all we want. The dairy I found sells cheese and cream too, although there is a lot of cream in the milk. I think they have to remove the cream to make the cheese.

I am trying to get them to offer the whey, so I can use it for lacto fermenation. The only drawback is it is 30 miles to the dairy. :(
