my version of Yum woon sen (Thai Glass noodle salad)
I love taking up a traditional recipe and give it a twist . Glass noodle salad is one of my favourite Thai dish .
Authentically they use fish sauce in this dish. I did small changes in the sauce. Made a mix sauce with oyster sauce , light soya sauce , fish sauce,sesame oil, palm sugar, garlic , red Thai chilli and coriander stem .it came out amazingly tasty . To decorate i used some chilli glazed shelled prawn.
