Breakfast for supper why not right!

So yesturday i had another day off with tooth pain so i decided it was time and i went and get antibiotics so i can get it pulled next week. So while i was sitting thinking what should i make for supper i decided to watch some vegan cooking on you tube and i came across one that was by the vegan zombie about a dinner and Vegan Egg Trick Muffin and my wife has been asking me to find a good breakfast sandwich for a long time now.

What i used for mine was

1. Tofu
2. English muffin (vegan)
3. nooch
4. garlic powder
5. onion powder
6. coconut oil
7. chao vegan cheese
8. vegan sausage
   Well as you can i see i use a pumpkin cookie cutter cause i didn't have a round one but this worked great for the tofu anyway.
   I also used the natural wetness of the tofu to get the nooch mix to say on the tofu wheni fried it.
   
   This was the first time i used an prepackage sausage and i must say it was pretty good tasting one tho.But i just flatened these out with my hand to a round patty.
   
   I then put then in the hot oil for about 60 seconds on each side then i added some cheese to the top for about 10 or so till melted.
   
   Well and this is the finished sandwich that i must say was a hit with my hole family ...
