Here is a recipe for delicious cinnamon rolls:

Ingredients:

  • 1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs. Add the flour and mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
