Lemon-Ginger Moffins
Ingredients for 18 pieces:
Basis
wheat flour 450 grams
large egg 2 pcs.
Sugar 180 grams
natural yogurt 300 ml.
lemon large 1 pc.
butter 200 grams
4 cm of fresh ginger root
disintegrator 2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
From lemon we rub the peel. Ginger is cleaned and cut into cubes. We put the zest, ginger and a quarter glass of sugar into the blender bowl, add half the volume of yogurt and grind until homogeneous mass is obtained.
Pour the softened butter with the remaining sugar into a lush mass.
One by one add eggs, then a lemon-ginger mixture. Then add dry ingredients and yogurt in several steps. In the end, a thick, homogeneous dough should turn out to be.
We spread the dough on the molds, put in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden color. Chill on the grid.
If desired, maffins can be covered with glaze.
