Hot cakes

I walked past a stall today and noticed a small queue by it so stopped by to see what it was all about. The guy was making some hot cakes with red bean and custard filling. They looked very tempting and since I didn't have much on I decided to join the queue. Each cake has an ice cream scoop full of filling and is baked on one side first. Then it is flipped over to the other side and slowly cooked till it seals together.

I bought three in the end and it only cost me about USD1.30. They were good!
