Stuffed potato focaccia!
Here's how to prepare the stuffed potato focaccia. First, sauté the potatoes in boiling water with a little salt; to make first, better cut the potatoes into pieces. When they are cooked peel them and pass them through a potato masher or crush them well with a fork and collect the puree in a fairly large bowl.
Add the egg, parmesan, flour, butter, salt and pepper, then blend all the ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Cover the mold with baking paper and put half of the mixture distributing it well across the base of the mold. Then add the cooked ham to the layer and the well-drained mozzarella cut into slices or small pieces. Then use the other half of the potato mixture.
Dust the potato focaccia stuffed with grated Parmesan and bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes, or until it is browned. Let it cool down a little and serve.
