Peppers stuffed with meat and cheese
Wash the peppers well, then clean them by cutting them in half and removing the petiole, the white ribs inside and the seeds.
In a bowl, prepare the filling by mixing the minced meat, the sausage meat, the grated parmesan, the egg, salt and pepper and, if necessary, the breadcrumbs to dry the mixture if it is too soft. Add also the scamorza cut into cubes leaving a little 'aside.
Once mixed well in the mixture, use it to stuff the peppers in a baking dish lined with greaseproof paper oil and add on top the scamorza that you had previously left aside.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C ventilated for about 40 minutes; let it sit for a few minutes and serve the stuffed peppers. They are very good also cold the day after.

2 peppers (red and yellow)
1 sausage
250 gr of ground beef
1 egg
70 grams of scamorza
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs

pepper
extra virgin olive oil
