Lets cook quickly, tasty and healthy!

on 100 gr - 78 Kkal

Such a dish can be a nice supper for one who wants to lose weight!
Lets have a look and start too cook

You need:

  • Chicken fillet - 1 piece
  • Asparagus - 3ps.
  • Carrot - 1ps.
  • Zucinni - a half
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Souce

Preparation

1.Carrot,asparangus and zucinni cut and boil (10 min)until cooked.

2.Breast, lightly beat off. Add salt and pepper.

3.Put vegetables on breast on the one edge.

4.Close and secure the roll by means of special clamps .Spread souce on the top.

5.Roll in a foil and sent to the oven for 180C for 25 min.

6.Cut into pieces and try your creating!

Garnish with herbs. Bon Appetit
