It is difficult to imagine a healthy diet without inclusion in the daily diet of vegetables. And a useful vegetable today is celery, which can raise the tone, increase mental and physical performance. This vegetable culture normalizes appetite, anesthetizes, has a diuretic property.

In the diet and for treatment, leaves, stems, roots, as well as seeds and juice are used.

Fiber normalizes metabolic processes, eliminates excess cholesterol in the blood, and vegetable fibers normalize the activity of the intestine, creating optimal conditions for the life of microflora.

Eating 100 g per day. Leaves or stems, it is possible to get almost half of the daily requirement for vitamin C, 90% of the daily norm of beta-carotene, 80% of the norm of vitamin A.
Celery is useful for its constituent vitamins E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, with more vitamins B2 and B9 in the green, and in root crops B3, B6. In addition, the roots contain vitamin B5. Microelements are represented by potassium, calcium, as well as iron, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, more in green.

Celery juice is very useful. I make it with a green apple, it's delicious and the main thing is useful! You can drink and divorced celery juice, it is diluted with boiled water at the rate of 1 part of juice for 5 parts of water, take a week for 1/4 cups an hour before meals. The effect will not keep you waiting, try to stay satisfied!

Celery juice is very effective in combating obesity. It can be combined with other vegetable juices - beet, carrot. To dull the feeling of hunger, juice can be consumed with a small amount of honey.

I recommend cooking an excellent vegetable salad with celery.
The recipe is simple: celery any. You can use both root and stem leaves, if desired, carrots, turnips, dill or coriander, and a little vegetable oil cold pressed. For a rich taste squeeze half a lemon. All vegetables are finely chopped, and carrots and turnips are rubbed on grater.
