Bulgarian dish - liver chushki with garlic
In Bulgaria, very delicious national cuisine. Every dish that was served in this country is unusual, peculiar, useful and tasty!

You will need:
6 pieces of peppers
4 cloves of garlic
6 sprigs of parsley
3 tbsp. L. olive oil
1 tbsp. L. Wine vinegar
Cooking method
- Pepper to clean, fry whole in a frying pan to a ruddy crust. Then cover the pepper with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Grind garlic and parsley, add olive oil, salt, pepper. Mix.
- At the bottom of a deep plate put our pepper layers, then a layer of greens with butter, then again pepper and again sauce. Put in the fridge for the night, as the Bulgarian cuisine assumes giving this snack in a cold form.

Liver chutes with garlic can be stored for a very long time, I put them in a jar and for the whole week you have a snack and an excellent side dish.
