Today I will be writing about a very healthy salad that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.  Hope you enjoy. Please Follow , resteem and comment if you have any questions will be more than happy to help.

Ingredients:

1 bag baby spinach 227 g

1 sliced red apple

1 green apple sliced

7 sliced whole mushrooms

3 sliced radish

1 medium shredded carrot

1/2 thin sliced cucumber

1/3 dried cranberry and raisin

Dressing:

4 Tablespoon olive oil

2 Large tablespoon lemon juice

salt, pepper 

Method:

1. Mix the dressing ingredients well. 

2. In a deep bowl mix all the ingredients of the salad, pour the dressing, and mix well. 

3. Serve Immediately.
