Today I want to share a recipe with you, vegetable marrow, shrimp with coconut milk   (Acehnese:  Kuah boh labu)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious, You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 600 grams vegetable marrow
  • 300 grams of shrimp
  • 2 liter of coconut milk
  • 1 piece of lemongrass
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 2 grains of cardamom
  • 2 clove
  • 50 gram cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 25 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 10 red chili
  • 5 cloves Shallot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 dry star fruit
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder 
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 candlenut
  • 1 cm ginger

ingredients are sliced :

  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic

How to cultivate it:

  • cleaning vegetable marrow
  • then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
  • cleaning shrimp
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter lemongrass
  • enter curry leaves
  • enter cardamom
  • enter clove
  • wait a minute while stirring
  • enter materials are mashed
  • wait a minute while stirring
  • enter vegetable marrow
  • enter shrimp
  • enter coconut milk
  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • Stir-stir
  • Cook until cooked
  • Finished
