Today I want to share recipe with you : vegetable, flower tofu with shrimp (Aceh : Kuah sop)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
you want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 50 grams long bean
- 50 grams broccoli
- 50 grams flower tofu
- 50 grams potato
- 50 grams carrot
- 1 tomato
- 1 leek
- 3 Celery
- 100 grams shrimp
- 30 gram cooking oil
- 1/2 liters water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
ingredients are sliced :
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
Ingredients are mashed :
- 3 cloves Shallot
- 4 cloves garlic
- 10 Pepper
- 1/4 Nutmeg
How to cultivate it:
- clean the all Ingredients, then cut as desired, then rinse with clean
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter Ingredients are mashed
- wait minute while stirring
- enter tomato
- enter long bean, potato and carrot
- wait minute while stirring
- enter shrimp
- wait minute while stirring
- enter water
- enter flower tofu
- wait minute while stirring
- enter broccoli, Celery and leek
- wait minute while stirring
- add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 15 minutes, while stirring stir
- Finished
