Today I want to share recipe with you : shrimp with rice flour (Aceh : udang ngan tepong beras)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 100 grams shshrimp
- 50 grams rice flour
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
- cooking oil to taste
ingredients are sliced :
- 2 red chili
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 leek
Ingredients are mashed :
- 10 pieces cayenne pepper
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
How to cultivate it:
- clean the shshrimp, then rinse with clean
- prepare place
- enter shshrimp
- enter sliced material
- enter rice flour
- enter materials are mashed
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- Stir-stir
- then fry until cooked, with a size as desired
