Today I want to share recipe with you : sauteed Kale with coconut milk (Aceh : Tumeh oen rumpun ngen santan)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious, This is my favorite food
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients :
the main ingredient
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 30 gram cooking oil
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
ingredients are sliced :
- 3 red chili
- 10 pieces cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tomato
How to cultivate it:
- clean the kale, then cut as desired, then rinse with clean
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter coconut milk
- enter kale
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 10 minutes, while stirring stir to dry
