Today I want to share recipe with you : rice with milkfish (Aceh : bu ngen muloh teucrah)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 400 grams milkfish
- 8 curry leaves
- 50 gram cooking oil
- 1,5 cup of water
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
Ingredients are mashed :
- 15 cayenne pepper
- 10 red chili
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 dry star fruit
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
ingredients are sliced :
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
- 3 red chili
How to cultivate it:
- Cleaning milkfish, then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
- enter lemon juice
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter curry leaves
- wait minute while stirring
- enter Ingredients are mashed
- wait minute while stirring
- enter milkfish
- wait minute while stirring
- enter water
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- Cook until cooked
- Finished
- Mix with rice to make it more delicious
