Today I want to share recipe with you : Meat, banana stems with coconut milk (Aceh : sie ngen bak pisang)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 1 kg of Meat
- banana stems (to taste)
- 2 liter of coconut milk
- 1 piece of lemongrass (Cut into pieces)
- 10 curry leaves
- 5 cm cinnamon
- 2 grains of cardamom
- 100 gram cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
Ingredients are mashed :
- 25 cayenne pepper
- 15 red chili
- 4 cloves Shallot
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 candlenut
ingredients are sliced :
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
How to cultivate it:
- cleaning Meat, then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
- peeled banana stems, take the contents inside, then cut as desired
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter lemongrass
- enter curry leaves
- enter cinnamon
- enter cardamom
- wait minute while stirring
- enter beef
- enter Ingredients are mashed
- wait minute while stirring
- enter coconut milk
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 15 minutes, while stirring stir
- enter banana stems
- Cook until cooked
- Finished
