Today I want to share recipe with you : Leaves kelor with corn (Aceh : kuah mameh oen murong ngen jagung)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 100 grams of leaves kelor
- 1 corn
- 1/2 liter of water
- 4 dry star fruit
- 4 Kaffir leaf
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
Ingredients mashed rude :
- 10 cayenne pepper
- 3 red chilli
- 3 cloves Shallot
How to cultivate it:
- clean corn, then cut as desired
- Set skillet
- enter water, corn, dry star fruit and Kaffir leaf
- enter Ingredients mashed rude
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 10 minutes
- enter leaves kelor
- cooked 10 minutes
- Finished
