Today I want to share recipe with you : leaves cassava with sauce shrimp paste  (Aceh : oen ubi ngen sambal terasi)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 1 bunch leaves cassava
  • 50 gram cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 1 sachet shrimp paste
  • 7 red chili
  • 20 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato

How to cultivate it:

  • clean the leaves cassava, then cut as desired, then rinse with clean after it was boiled until cooked

how to make a sauce :

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • enter Ingredients are mashed
  • wait a minute while stirring
  • enter sugar
  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • cooked 10  minutes, while stirring stir

  • after both cooked, cassava leaf mix with chili paste

  • Finished
