Today I want to share recipe with you : How to make noodles with beans seasoning (Aceh : mie lidi bumbu kacang)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
you want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 250 grams Noodle
- 50 grams beans
- 10 grams palm sugar
- 5 Kaffir leaf
- 30 gram cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
Ingredients are mashed :
- 25 cayenne pepper
- 7 red chili
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 cm Kencur
Ingredients are sliced :
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
How to cultivate :
- boiled noodles with water, then dispose of used water stew
- Beans fried briefly
- Then mashed
How to make sauce :
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- Kaffir leaf
- enter materials are mashed
- wait minute while stirring
- enter water
- enter palm sugar
- add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 7 minutes, while stirring stir
- enter beans
- cooked 7 minutes, while stirring stir
- Finished
- beans seasoning
- noodles
- mix noodles and beans seasoning
- Ready to be enjoyed

yup bener banget, jajanan mie lidi dan makaroni yang populer di tahun 90-an ini, kembali booming dengan kemasan yang kekinan serta ragam varian rasa yang mampu menggoyang lidah pecinta kuliner.
