Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 500 grams milkfish
- 1 tablespoon preserved soy beans
- 25 gram cooking oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
- 1 lemon
Ingredients are sliced :
- 10 green chili
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cm galangal
- 1 lemongrass
Ingredients are mashed :
- 25 cayenne pepper
- 1 candlenut
- 3 cloves Shallot
- 4 cloves garlic
How to cultivate it:
- Cleaning milkfish and rinse thoroughly
- enter lemon juice, add salt and then fry until cooked
how to make sauce :
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter ingredients are mashed
- wait minute while stirring
- enter preserved soy beans
- wait minute while stirring
- enter water
- add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 5 minutes
- enter milkfish
- cooked 2 minutes
- Finished
