Today I want to share recipe with you : How to cook sauteed oyster with green chilli that delicious



This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious, this food when we eat mixed with rice to make it delicious and this is also a side dish of rice to increase our appetite

INGREDIENTS
THE MAIN INGREDIENTS :
  • 200 grams oyster
  • 20 grams cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

INGREDIENTS ARE SLICED :
  • 10 green chilli
  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato

INGREDIENTS ARE MASHED :
  • 25 cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic


HOW TO MAKE :
  • wash oyster
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter oyster
  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter ingredients are mashed
  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter water
  • add salt and flavorings to taste
  • Cook until cooked
  • Finished
  • Mix with rice when we enjoy it to make it more delicious

Pernahkah Anda mencoba memasak makanan seperti ini, jika belum pernah, anda harus mencobanya, saya jamin anda akan menyukai kelezatan rasa yang anda dapatkan dari makanan ini.

Bagaimana anda ingin mencobanya, Berikut adalah bahan dan cara memasaknya :


BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN
BAHAN UTAMA :
  • 200 gram tiram
  • 20 gram minyak goreng
  • 1 cangkir air
  • 1/2 sendok makan garam
  • Penyedap rasa secukupnya

BAHAN YANG DI IRIS :
  • 10 cabe hijau
  • 2 siung bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 1 tomat

BAHAN YANG DIHALUSKAN :
  • 25 cabe rawit
  • 3 siung bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih

CARA MENGOLAHNYA :
  • Cuci tiram
  • Set wajan
  • Panaskan minyak
  • Tumis sampai irisan harum bahan
  • Masukkan tiram
  • Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
  • Masukan bahan yang dihaluskan
  • Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
  • Masukkan air
  • Tambahkan garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya
  • Masak sampai matang
  • Selesai
  • Campur dengan nasi saat kita menikmatinya agar lebih nikmat
