INGREDIENTS
THE MAIN INGREDIENTS :
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 bunch of cassava leaves
  • 1 slice of papaya
  • 1 coconut that has not been filled (take the shell only)
  • 100 grams of young melinjo
  • 50 grams of long beans
  • 50 grams of eggplant fingers
  • 10 green chili
  • 100 grams of patarana
  • 200 grams of shrimp
  • 1.5 liters of coconut milk
  • 5 Kaffir leaf
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

INGREDIENTS ARE MASHED :
  • 10 cayenne pepper
  • 10 red chili
  • 5 cloves Shallot
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 5 dry star fruit
  • 1/4 tablespoon caraway
  • 1 candlenut
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1/4 nutmeg


HOW TO MAKE :
  • clean up all the ingredients then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
  • Patarana soak in hot water for 15 minutes, then mashed, then filtered to separate the dregs
  • Set skillet
  • enter all materials
  • enter materials are mashed
  • enter coconut milk
  • enter patarana
  • add salt and flavorings to taste
  • Cook until cooked
  • Finished

Hari ini saya ingin berbagi resep dengan Anda : Cara membuat Kuah plik makanan khas aceh



Makanan ini terlihat sederhana, tapi rasanya sangat enak, pernahkah anda mencoba memasak makanan seperti ini, jika belum, anda harus mencobanya, saya jamin anda akan menyukai kelezatan rasa yang anda dapatkan dari makanan ini.

Bagaimana anda ingin mencobanya, Berikut adalah bahan dan cara memasaknya :



BAHAN YANG DIPERLUKAN
BAHAN UTAMA :
  • 1 ikat kangkung
  • 1 ikat daun singkong
  • 1 potong pepaya
  • 1 kelapa yang belum ada isinya (ambil batok saja)
  • 100 gram melinjo muda
  • 50 gram kacang panjang
  • 50 gram terong jari
  • 10 cabai hijau
  • 100 gram patarana
  • 200 gram udang
  • 1,5 liter santan
  • 5 daun jeruk nipis
  • 5 daun kari
  • 1 sereh
  • 1 sendok makan garam
  • Penyedap rasa secukupnya

BAHAN YANG DIHALUSKAN :
  • 10 cabai rawit
  • 10 cabe merah
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 1/2 sendok makan bubuk merica
  • 1/2 sendok makan bubuk ketumbar
  • 1/2 sdm bubuk kunyit
  • 5 buah belimbing kering
  • 1/4 sendok makan jintan
  • 1 kemiri
  • 1 cm jahe
  • 1/4 pala

CARA MENGOLAHNYA :
  • Bersihkan semua bahan lalu potong sesuai selera dan bilas sampai bersih
  • rendap patarana dengan air panas selama 15 menit, kemudian disaring sambil diperas untuk mengambil sarinya
  • Siapkan wajan
  • masukkan semua bahan
  • masukkan bahan yang dihaluskan
  • masukkan santan
  • masukkan patarana
  • Tambahkan garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya
  • Masak sampai matang
  • Selesai
  • Campur dengan nasi saat kita menikmatinya
