Today I want to share recipe with you : green bean, young coconut with coconut milk (Aceh : cagruk kacang ijo, u muda ngen santan)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients :
- 100 grams green bean
- 1 young coconut
- 1 liters coconut milk
- 0.5 liters water
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 Screwpine Leaf (puree and grab juice)
- 1 tablespoon salt
How to cultivate it:
- Green beans soak for 24 hours
- Shopping young coconut, then grab contents it and cut as desired
- Set skillet
- enter water and green bean
- cooked 20 minutes
- enter young coconut
- enter coconut milk
- enter juice Screwpine Leaf
- add salt
- add sugar
- cooked 30 minutes, while stirring stir
- Finished
