Today I want to share recipe with you : fish with Kaffir leaf (Aceh : engket te phep)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 300 grams fish
- 10 Kaffir leaf (small pieces)
- 5 green chili (small pieces)
- 4 star fruit (small pieces)
- 50 gram cooking oil
- 1/4 liter of water
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
ngredients are mashed
- 6 pieces cayenne pepper
- 4 red chili
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 dry star fruit
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 candlenut
- ingredients are sliced

How to cultivate it:
- Cleaning fish,
- then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
- enter lemon juice
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter materials are mashed
- wait a minute while stirring
- enter green chili and star fruit
- wait a minute while stirring
- enter fish
- enter water
- enter Kaffir leaf
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- Cook until cooked
- Finished
