Hello all...!!!

Today I want to share a recipe with you : fish with curry leaves (Aceh : Kuah teucrah)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

300 grams fish
10 curry leaves
50 gram cooking oil
1/2 liter of water
3 green chili
1 lemon
1/2 tablespoon salt
Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are mashed

15 pieces cayenne pepper
5 red chili
2 cloves Shallot
2 cloves garlic
7 dry star fruit
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon coriander powder

ingredients are sliced

1 cloves Shallot
1 cloves garlic

How to cultivate it:

Cleaning fish,
then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
enter lemon juice
Set skillet
heat the oil
stir-fry until fragrant slices of material

enter curry leaves

wait a minute while stirring
enter green chili

enter materials are mashed

wait a minute while stirring

enter fish

wait a minute while stirring

enter water
Add salt and flavorings to taste
Cook until cooked
