Hello all...!!!Today I want to share recipe with you : Fern, papaya flower with coconut milk (Aceh : pelumak oen paku ngen bungong putek)

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 1 bunch of fern
- 150 grams of papaya flower
- 1/2 liters coconut mil
- 1 piece of lemongrass
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
ingredients are sliced :
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
Ingredients are mashed
- 25 pieces cayenne pepper
- 3 red chili
- 2 cloves Shallot

- 6 dry star fruit
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
How to cultivate it:
- papaya flower boiled briefly to remove the bitter taste
- clean the Fern, then cut as desired, then rinse with clean
- Set skillet
- enter ingredients are sliced
- enter Ingredients are mashed
- enter bay leaves and lemongrass
- enter fern
- enter papaya flower
- enter coconut milk
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 15 minutes, while stirring stir
