Today I want to share a recipe with you, Eggplant with coconut milk (Acehnese: boh trung masak puteh)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 300 grams of eggplant
- 50 gram cooking oil
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
Ingredients are mashed :
- 10 pieces cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper powder
- 1 candlenut
- 1 cm ginger
ingredients are sliced :
- 1 cloves Shallot
- 1 cloves garlic
- 2 cardamom
- 1 anise (Acehnese: bungong lawang kleng)
How to cultivate it:
- cleaning eggplant
- then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter materials are mashed
- wait a minute while stirring
- enter coconut milk
- cooked 8-10 minutes, while stirring stir
- enter eggplant
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 9-10 minutes, while stirring stir
- Finished
