Salad "Malachite Bracelet"

Salad "Malachite bracelet" with kiwi will wonder your friends unusual  mixing taste. Amazing dish on your celebration table!

Ingredients:

● Chicken fillet - 1 pcs.
● Eggs- 4 pcs.
● Kiwi fruit - 4 pcs.
● Apple green - 1 pcs.
● Carrots - 1 pcs.
● Clove of garlic - 1 pcs.
● Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
● Mayonnaise - on your own taste

Cooking:

• In begining you should boiled chicken fillets, carrots and eggs
• Have to cut into cubes chicken fillet and 2 kiwis (another 2 kiwis left for decoration)
• Eggs are divided into whites and yolks and rub separately
• On a flat plate in the center put a glass and lay out around the chicken fillet
• Next layer the kiwi cubes
• Grate garlic and mix with mayonnaise; evenly apply the resulting sauce following layer
• Layer of whites put on top of kiwi and again apply mayonnaise sauce
• Grate the carrots and put it next layer, then the sauce again
• Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Stir the apples with lemon juice and put it next layer, then the sauce again
• Sprinkle the salad with rubbed yolks and the last layer - you have to put rings of kiwi

Carefully remove the glass and delicious salad "Malachite bracelet" can be immediately served on the table
