Fried Capelin - so-so delicious & so-so easy

Ingredients:
Capelin - 500g
Salt and pepper on your taste
Some flour (2-3 tbsp)
We don't need any oils, because we will not fry the fish in a skillet, but on a baking sheet
Cooking:

- Mix flour, salt and pepper
- For convenience, the baking sheet can be lined with foil or parchment paper
- Each fish should be dipped in a mixture of flour next
Doesn't sprinkle or shower the top - Put baking sheet with capelins in the oven and baked from fifteen to twenty minutes at a temperature of two hundred (you can +190) degrees
