Fried Capelin - so-so delicious & so-so easy

Today, many people fry in the oven capelin. It's quick and convenient, besides no splashes. Do you like fried fish?) Let's cook it togather. So, we need following

Ingredients:
Capelin - 500g
Salt and pepper on your taste
Some flour (2-3 tbsp)
We don't need any oils, because we will not fry the fish in a skillet, but on a baking sheet

Cooking:

  • Wash and then dry the fish (to fish dried faster - put it on towels)
  • Mix flour, salt and pepper
  • For convenience, the baking sheet can be lined with foil or parchment paper
  • Each fish should be dipped in a mixture of flour next
    Doesn't sprinkle or shower the top
  • Put baking sheet with capelins in the oven and baked from fifteen to twenty minutes at a temperature of two hundred (you can +190) degrees

Ready fried fish is transferred to a bowl, served with mashed potatoes and green$)
