# Shofie's cafe 1:KACHA GULLA (sweet/desert)

A very healthy and easy to cook sweet dish name KACHA GULLA

Hello food-lovers steemers... hope you ll be doing well. Today I ll share a recipe of a sweet dish called Kacha Gulla. So here we go----->

Ingredients:

milk 2 ltrs
brownsugar 2 cups of 100gm
lemonjuice 3 tbs
greenalik 2 pcs

Recipe:

first boil milk at medium heat,
then add sugar,
when milk got boiled then add lemon juice in milk and remove it from stove
let it be cool up to mild temperature then filter out milk from it
after that squeeze the stuff in a cloth so that the stuff become dry
now add the powder of green alike seed (subz elaichi)
make balls of 2 inches and press them lightly
put some almonds on it
Now it is ready to serve, it can be taken with dates n hot milk. Very tasty sweet for the tea time or as desert.
