Gordon Ramsay's signature dish - the Beef Wellington

If you google "Gordon Ramsay signature dish", a recipe of the Beef Wellington pops up. Yes, we remember this one tv cook off episode where a contestant tried to impress Chef Gordon with a Beef Wellington and Ramsay said something about that the contestant had guts because it took him hundreds of attempts to perfect the Beef Wellington.

If you have followed our blog stories then you know that we are currently in London, home of many restaurants of Gordon Ramsay. We thought of going to the Michelin starred restaurant, but we've decided to go for Heddon Street Kitchen as it was just near our AirBNB near the Piccadilly Circus. It also had the Beef Wellington and boy did we enjoy this one!!! A dream came true!

We truly can recommend "HSK" for all the following reasons:

• great ambience
• fair prices
• amazing staff from the one who took our order to the one bringing the food and heck, even the manager took his time to introduce himself to us!

We will go back again for sure and no, we are not hired nor getting paid by HSK to write this.
