Famous food in Wuhan #1
Hot dry noodles is the most famous traditional breakfast in Wuhan. Its different from cold noodles, and also different from soup noodles. The noodles are cooked first, and placed in oil, then it is boiled again with sesame sauce and other spices. Afterwards it is fragrant and delicious, appealing to the appetite.
Three fresh beans is a local snack, wrapped with a shiny golden outer crust. The sensation is crisp and tender. Even the great leader Mao Zedong has tasted this at least four times. Many foreigners come to Wuhan to eat the Laotong City bean skin.
