This snack is so affordable whenever you get hungry around the mall. You will surely love this one not just you but all the people of all ages - from kids to kids at heart as well.
I little bit origin of the name of Moshi Manju. Do you know Moshi means "hello" in Japanese while Manju means "something sweets"? In Japan, Manju is a popular traditional confection made of sweet bean paste buns.
Are you wondering why I am talking about Japan and not Korea since it was meant to be a Korean cake?
While doing a research, the Korean rice cakes are called Tteok - it is made with glutinous rice flour by steaming.
