Green juice

I'm trying to drink the green juice with ginger and turmeric every day to see if it helps with all my problems. I also had a black coffee, a rehydration drink and porridge with blueberries. I also had a chocolate protein shake as I ran 5k early this morning.

I made lunch to take to work.

Cheese and ham wrap, satsuma, blueberries and 2 sweet ryvita biscuits.

After work I went food shopping which is never good, I ended up buying crisps and a chocolate milkshake.

It's Friday this means it's chip shop dinner day. I had battered sausage and chips with 2 buttered rolls all washed down with 2 bottles of Budweiser.

According to my Apple Watch I done a fair amount of activity today although I ate too many calories!

I can't wait to get an Apple Watch. It'll help me stay organized. Are you trying to loose weight? Good luck with your goal.

Do you mind if I ask what you put in your green smoothie, do you have a recipe?

I put a large handful of spinach, a green apple cored, about a quarter of a cucumber, 2 celery stalks, half a lemon peeled, grated ginger, teaspoon of ground turmeric and enough water to get the correct consistency . It does make a lot and you need to adjust quantities to your own liking. I just go on the internet and look at recipes and experiment x
