My uncle has this same problem.... so many cucumbers, so little thyme! Definitely makes you get creative with new recipes. 😋
Yeah, I tried a new use today for cucumbers (I'll post tomorrow) and I'll be trying new stuff all week to see what makes sense, and what really isn't worth the time. We've definitely got more cucumbers than thyme!
