Materials :
- Suji - 1 cup of half cup,
- Liquid milk - 1 cup,
- Sugar-1/2 cups (more can be given)
- Egg-1,
- Vanilla acnes-1/2 teaspoons,
- Oil-4 table spoons,
- Ghee-4 tablespoons,
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon.

Methodology:
In a bowl first, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla should be watered slightly with a spoon. When the sugar is melted, add the mixture of egg milk and mix it well with the suji and baking powder and after finely mix 4 tablespoons of oil and mix well again.
Now put a quarter plate size / small size of nonstick frying pan on the stove, garnish with 2 tablespoons of pan and pour the mixture of suji in it and then pour the stove.
Reduce oven to the oven, it will cover 8-10 minutes covered with pan lid. After 8-10 minutes when the top of the cake gets accumulated and light brown color around the cake, then a flat / flattened spoon will have to reverse the cake carefully.
Then cover two tablespoons of ghee around the cake, cover it again and gentlely cook till it turns brown in color.
At the end, put a knife in the middle of the cake to see if the middle of the cake has been done, then after cooling down, cool down and serve as a custom cut.
- Tips:
The juice may be less / more. Because the combination of suji will be as thick as the cinnamon. So do not pour the mixture of egg milk in the mixture, giving it a little bit, will give a little bit.
