Hopefully today I will show a very interesting way to cook a meal. .. We all like most of the food in the Chinese so now we will show a recipe for Chinese. i hope everyone like my recipe.. so lets start

How to Make Chinese Dumplings (recipe)

At first we do know what equipment we need for cooking

Ingredients:

  • 500 gram 4 cups all purpose flours
  • water according to need

First we need to put the flour well
We're using cold water for the flour. According to our requirement, it should be well filled with water so that there is a create a good flour dow. knead for 10 minutes

i hope its a perfect flour

then most important work cover with flour damp dish towel and a lid

And lets the dough Rest for 2 hours

"nok nok"
over for 2 hours so our dough is perfectly ready for us and again k need for 3 to 5 times

and again let it rest for 30 minutes

and the dough is smooth and springi now

and nest we need a 6 slice so slice 1/6 of the dough of roll the dough into a long stick 2.5 to or 3 centimetre (1 inch ) diameter and cut into a 12 small doughs its weighing 12 to 14 grams

dust both sides with flour and press into a round disc
and roll into round sheet slightly thinner than a CD work all small batch at a time .
wrap the first batch of dumpling now, and work on the rest for dough later

  • 1 table spoon ( or slightly less) of dumpling filling

all ready to boiling water so lets be
add dumpling one by one into boiling water ..when dumpling start floating to the surface, continue boiling in the 1 minute..dumpling is ready when they filled with air and swollen...transfer to a plate immediately its very important ...

Serve dumpling with :

  • Option-1:
    Chinese black vinegar+ a few ginger slice
  • Option-2:
    1 tablespoon chinese black vinegar+1 teaspoons light soy sauces+1/2 sesame oil
