                                                          A DECORATED SWISS ROLL FOR MOM

#Materials:
*For Filling -
3/4 cups of heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar grated
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

*For the cake-
Separate 5 egg, yolk and white
5/8 teaspoon cream of tarter
3/4 cupscaster sugar, divided
One pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

#System:
1. For the filling, burst of heavy cream, sugar and vanilla together as long as the cream is not cooked. Keep refrigeration with lid.
2. Make an egg white with egg cream and turmeric with a pinch of salt. Slowly add half a sugar and keep rolling until the Marang jagged.
3. Take a separate bowl, until the egg yolk is light yellow pale with remaining sugar. Mix vanilla, lemon juice, melted butter and heavy cream well.  
4. Take a mixture of egg yolks together with a bowl of flour and mix well. 

5. In a separate small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons egg yolk mixture, 6 tablespoons of turmeric (egg white mixture) and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder gently mix them. 

6. Spread the paste paper in a 10 X 15 baking tray. 

7. Gently mix the cocoa mixture in the pastry bag and gently paste the desired pattern. 

8. Pre-hit oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

9. Bake until the baking tray is set 5 minutes or until the pattern is set. 

10. Three times gently mix the rest of the egg into the mixture of egg mixture. Be careful that Marang would not be silent. 

11. Pour the cake yeast on the baked pattern and gently spread it in the tray. 

12. Insert 10 minutes or a toothpick and bake until clear. 

13. Coke out of oven, cool a baking rack. 

14. Wrap the cake using the tips above. 

15. Keep frying on a plastic wrap until at least one hour or until serving.
