Rice with fish and vegetables.
An alternative version of pilaf with meat (plov) is pilaf with fish. There are several variants of pilaf. And from pork and lamb and chicken. So why not cook from fish.
Ingredients:
- Fish fillet - 600 g
- Carrot - 2 pcs
- peas - 150 g
- corn - 150 g
- Onions recipe (250 g) - 3 pcs
- Garlic (to taste)
- Long grain rice - 1 glass.
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper black (to taste)
Stages of preparation:
1. Boil the rice. Pre-fill the rice with water and leave at least half an hour. Wash it well.
2. Cut the onion, grate the carrots. Well heat the pan, add oil and add vegetables.
3. Koli Vegetables are semi-ready, add the chopped fillet of fish. Quench 10 min.
4. At the end, mix vegetables, fish and rice. All is well-seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper.
