Pork meat with potatoes and carrots.

Ingredients:

-pork (ham) - 600 gr
-potatoes - 7 items
-carrots - 2 medium
-oil - 3 tablespoons
-blend of herbs - to taste
-onion
-salt pepper

1. Meat cut into pieces and marinate.
   
2. Carrots cut into pieces.
   
   Meat and carrots put bake in the oven at 200 degrees. (Bake for half an hour)
3. Boil the potatoes until soft. Cut in half. Add to beads, add oil and herbs, salt.
   
   Add potatoes and chopped onion to the meat and carrots. All together bake for another half hour.
   
   before serving pour sauce to your taste.
