Meat and cheesy loaf. (recipe and photos)
My mother likes a meat loaf here. Often bakes for the holidays. I share with you our recipe.
Products:
- Eggs of chicken - 6 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml
- Cheese fused - 350 g.
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- salt
- Black pepper powder
- butter
- 0.5 teaspoon of soda
Preparation:
1. Eat 5 eggs, add mayonnaise, add shabby cheese, stir. Spread on a baking tray preheated in the oven, cover the baking tray with oil.
2. Smooth and bake in the oven, heated to 200 ℃ 15 min. Cool down.
3. Cut onion into small cubes or grate. To the mince we add 1 egg, onion, salt, pepper and mix well.
4. Spread evenly into the curd pastry. Using a parchment, twist the roll.
5. Put on the baking sheet with parchment suture down. The oven in the oven 170 ℃ 40 min.
